论我国司法监督资源的优化整合

On Integration and Optimization of Supervision Resources on Jurisdiction

当前,我国司法监督资源丰富。主体众多且监督泛化的司法监督易导致司法权难以独立公正行使和监督效果不佳,司法监督资源存在着优化整合的必要性。大力推进法官职业化改革,强化并完善对法院司法权的专业化法律监督路径,弱化并整合对法院司法权的非专业化监督路径,同时努力实现非专业化监督路径与专业化监督路径的良好对接是优化整合我国司法监督资源的一种探索尝试。

Currently, in China there are abundant supervision resources on jurisdiction. Since the numerous judicial supervision subjects and generalized supervision might easily lead to an independent and impartial exercise of judicial power and poor effect of supervision, it is necessary to optimize and integrate the judicial supervision resources. Vigorously to promote the reform of judicial professionalization, to strengthen and perfect supervision by those unspecialized paths, to weaken supervision by the unspecialized paths and make them integrated, and meanwhile to achieve a good connection between those unspecialized and specialized paths are attempts to integrate and optimize supervision resources on jurisdiction in China.
