从肺脾肾论治鼻鼽的临床疗效观察

The clinical curative effect observation of treating allergic rhinitis from lung spleen and kidney

目的 探讨中医药综合治疗鼻鼽的临床疗效.方法 对照组60例口服开瑞坦（氯雷他定）、内舒拿喷雾剂喷鼻（糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂）;观察组60例,单纯服用中药（成分由玉屏风散合缩泉丸加减）治疗.结果 观察组总有效率为91.67％,对照组总有效率78.3％,两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）;且对临床症状改善,观察组明显优于对照组.结论 补肺温脾滋肾法治疗鼻鼽临床疗效明显,且无明显副作用,是较为理想的方法.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 60 patients in the control group took clarityne （loratadine）, nasonex spray nasal spray （Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray） ;The observation group 60 cases take Chinese traditional medicine （composition by Yuping wind powder and Suoquan pill） treatment. Results Observation group total effectiveness 91.67%, the comparison group total effectiveness 78.3%, two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05） And the improvement of clinical symptoms, the observation groupwas better than the control group. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Tonifying the lung spleen kidney temperature method in the treatment of allergic rhinitis is obvious, and no obvious side effect, is an ideal method.
