目的 探讨小切口联合眼内手法劈核白内障摘除人工晶体植入术的手术效果及在基层防盲治盲中的应用.方法 对2011年7月至2012年11月126例（208眼）行小切口联合眼内手法劈核白内障摘除人工晶体植入术.结果 126例（208眼）眼患者术后视力明显提高,脱盲率100％.结论 小切口联合眼内手法劈核白内障摘除人工晶体植入术是一种安全、可靠、经济的手术方法,适合于在基层防盲治盲中推广应用.
