摘要
羟苯磺酸钙因其保护血视网膜屏障、改善微循环等作用,在眼科被广泛用于治疗早期糖尿病视网膜病变.随着对其作用机理及疗效的不断研究,其在眼科的应用也在发生变化.本文对羟苯磺酸钙在眼科中的应用进展进行总结.
Calcium dobesilate was used in the treatment of early diabetic retinopathy widely in ophthalmology on the basis of protecting blood retinal harrier and improving microcirculation. As the research on its mechanism and efficacy going deeply, its application in ophthalmology got changed. This paper makes a summary of calcium dobesilate＇s application progress in ophthalmology.
