摘要
以河北省建既有居住建筑抽样能耗调查数据为基础,分析了4个城市抽样调查既有居住建筑能耗的情况,将居住建筑分为节能和非节能两种形式,并将能耗与标准规定的数值进行对比,对于居住建筑,主要分析供热能耗。调查发现,非节能居住建筑基本符合其能耗标准,而部分城市调查节能建筑能耗远高于标准要求,还有的低于标准要求,并对其原因进行调查分析,提出对策和建议。
Based on the data of existing residential buildings energy consumption survey, this paper analyzes 4 cities survey of existing residential building energy consumption. Residential building can be divided into energy-saving buildings and non energy-saving buildings. It compares the data of energy consumption with standards and mainly analysis heating energy consumption of residential buildings. We found that energy consumption of a part of energy-saving residential building is much higher than the standard requirements, another part of energy-saving residential building are less than the standard requirements. This paper investigated and analyzed its causes and proposed countermeasures and recommendations.
