摘要
连续挤压技术作为高效的生产方式已大规模应用于有色金属行业。对铜合金的连续挤压工艺方案、挤压工艺参数选择、模具总体结构、模具设计及模具材料选择等方面进行研究,并对Cu Mg0.3合金材料进行了连续挤压试验,成功地挤压出铜排。铜排成功挤压说明连续挤压工艺方案、挤压工艺参数选择、模具设计及模具材料选择是合理的,所选的连续挤压机能为Cu Mg0.3合金铜排的成形提供驱动力。铜镁合金的挤压工艺及模具设计可为其他铜合金材料及其他形状型、板、带材的连续挤压工艺与模具设计提供一定的参考。
The continuous extrusion technology as an efficient mode method of production has been massively used in nonferrous metal industry.The continuous extrusion process,extrusion process parameters selection,overall structure of mould,mould design and material selection for copper alloy were studied,and the continuous extrusion experiment on Cu Mg0.3 alloy was conducted,furthermore the copper busbar was successfully extruded.The result shows that the continuous extrusion process,selection of extrusion process parameters,mold design and selection of mold material are reasonable,and the selected continuous extrusion machine can provide driving force for busbar forming of Cu Mg0.3 alloy.Copper-magnesium alloy extrusion process and mould design can provide a reference for the continuous extrusion process and mould design of other copper alloy materials with shapes ranging from profiles,sheet,to strip.
