在我国进入加速推进城镇化的关键阶段,粮食主产区面临农业生产空间被挤压的风险。在保持粮食生产比较优势的同时加快城镇发展,应选择体现其特点的特色城镇化之路,以县域拉动模式为主要实现路径,构建县域投资拉动、产业拉动、内需拉动优势互补的发展格局,提升县域在粮食主产区特色城镇化加速进程中的支撑能力。在这一过程中,需重点把握特色城镇化路径的战略支点及动力机制,走产城融合、夯实产业根基、整合县域城镇群、城乡统筹一体发展之路。

With the urbanization construction being promoted to a more important stage,the agricultural production space is shrank in major grain producing areas. While maintaining the comparative advantage of grain production,it is necessary to choose the urbanization path with specific features to accelerate the urban development. It is still important to build a developing pattern in which investment promotion,industry promotion and demand promotion can have complementary advantages in order to improve the supporting capability of county during this process. In this process,firstly,it is essential to know about the strategic point and dynamic mechanism. Secondly,it is important to make the industry integrate with city and to strengthen the industrial foundation. Thirdly,it is still vital to enhance the coordinated urban-rural relations.
