柠檬醛制备橙花醇与香叶醇的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以柠檬醛为原料,通过硼氢化钠还原制备橙花醇与香叶醇,通过红外光谱和核磁氢谱进行结构表征。采用气相色谱对反应过程进行监控,证明该反应历程:反式柠檬醛首先被硼氢化钠还原为橙花醇及香叶醇,接着顺式柠檬醛转化为反式柠檬醛,然后再被还原。 Nerol and geraniol was synthesized by the reducing reaction of citra with sodium borohydride. The structures of nerol and geraniol were identified by IR and1 HNMR. Gas chromatography was used to monitor the reaction process. The reaction process is that trans-citral was first reduced to nerol and geraniol,second the cis-citral converted to trans-citral then reduced.
