Synthesis of Imidazo[1,5-a] pyridinium Salts Bridging by Ether Chain and Catalyzed Suzuki Cross-coupling Reaction in Situ

以8-羟基喹哪啶为原料,经过取代、氧化得到通过醚链桥联的喹啉衍生物。该衍生物与胺发生三组分串联反应合成了标题化合物,其结构经1HNMR、13CNMR确证。该标题化合物应用于原位催化Suzuki偶联反应,并有较高的活性。

Quinoline derivatives which bridged by ether chain was synthesized from 8-hydroxyquinaldine by formation of substitution and oxidation. Imidazo[1,5-a]pyridinium salts that reacted with amine were prepared by a facile three-component coupling. The structure was confirmed by1 HNMR and13CNMR. Imidazo[1,5-a]pyridinium salts were used catalyzing Suzuki cross-coupling reaction in situ. Imidazo[1,5-a]pyridinium salts exhibited more catalytic activity.
