摘要
将杉木粉先进行乙基化改性,然后与聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料在三氯甲烷中进行复合,制得乙基化木粉/聚苯乙烯复合材料,采用分散染料在高温高压下染色,测试其染色色光、色差、水洗掉色率和染料的上染百分率,并用红外光谱仪和扫描电镜进行表征。结果表明,染色乙基化木粉/聚苯乙烯复合材料的色光与染色涤纶织物的色光接近;染料的上染百分率和染色乙基化木粉/聚苯乙烯复合材料的耐水洗牢度与分散染料种类、染色温度和染料浓度等因素有关;当乙基化木粉与聚苯乙烯复合后,乙基化木粉中的过渡孔被聚苯乙烯填充或包裹,经染色后,乙基化木粉/聚苯乙烯复合粉的表面更加平滑,有利于光的反射,因而色光更加明艳。
Ethylated wood powder /polystyrene plastic composites(WPC) was prepared by compounding ethylated wood powder with polystyrene,then dyed with disperse dyes under high pressure and at high temperature.The color shade,color difference,washing fade rate and the percentage of the dye were tested,and the dyeing properties was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that disperse dyes can be used for the dyeing of WPC,and the color shade of dyed WPC was close to that of dyed polyester fabric.The dyeing rate and washing fastness of the dyed WPC was related to disperse dyes types,dyeing temperature and dye concentration.When the ethylated wood powder compounded with polystyrene,transition pores in the ethylated wood powder were filled with polystyrene,then it was dyed with disperse dyes,the surface of WPC become much smooth,which is beneficial for the reflection of light and consequently more bright dyed WPC.
