摘要
传统的烘箱烘干法耗时较多,控制精度较差。为了提高烘干效率,解决控制系统中存在的非线性滞后等干扰因素,提出了基于串级控制的纤维烘干方法。用Simulink软件将传统PID控制方法与串级控制方法进行对比仿真研究。结果表明,与单回路PID控制方法相比,串级控制方法达到稳态的时间更短,系统的超调量更小,可实现优化控制并且能提高纺织纤维含量检测的效率和精度。
Convenitional drying method is time consumable and less in precision.In order to enhance the stoving efficiency and reduce the system' s nonlinear hysteresis interference factors,a stoving method based on cascade control system according to the textile fiber drying process characteristics is put forward.Comparisons between the conventional PID and cascade control PID by Simulink are made.The experiment results show that cascade control has a large increase in response time,less overshoot,and other factors compared with single loop PID.Optimization control and improve ment of the testing efficiency and accuracy are realized.
