金融学专业国际化人才培养方案目标定位与特色培育研究——以四川外国语大学国际化金融人才培养为例

Target Location and Characteristic Cultivation of Internationalized Talents Training Scheme of Finance Major as examplitfied by SISU＇ s International Financial Talents Training

经济全球化和国际金融市场一体化进程的不断加快对金融人才的需求结构和素质要求产生了重大影响，金融学教育的国际化已成为未来高校金融学专业人才培养模式的重要发展方向。从四川外国语大学的国际化金融人才培养实践入手，指出金融学人才培养必须把握全球化的业务规范和管理法规，突出国际化与本土化相结合的特色，立足在国际通用人才的培养模式下体现差异化特点，唯有如此才能真正实现国际化金融人才的培养目标。

Economic globalization and the international financial market integration process are affecting the demand structure and quality requirements of financial talents. The internationalization of finance education has become the important development direction to the training mode of future＇ s financial professionals. Based on the SISU＇ s international financial talents training practice, this paper points out that： financial talents training must grasp the essence of globalization of business rules and regulations, emphasize the characteristics of combining of internationalization and localization, strive to reflect the differentiated features under the universally accepted training model. Only in this way can really achieve the training objectives of the international financial talents.
