摘要
工程项目人力资源管理具有自身独特的特点,根据这一特点找到相应的考核原则并构建整个绩效考核管理组织,是使工程项目的绩效考核真正有效的前提。在此基础上,通过考核组织,根据项目实际情况,对考核指标进行科学的分类和量化从而形成一系列可操作的量表,并进行有效考核和绩效反馈,最后将考核结论与绩效薪酬挂钩,从而完成工程项目绩效考核促进项目员工提高工作绩效的初衷。
