英语复合词语义构式的可分析性探索

A Research on Semantic Construction of English Compound Words from Perspective of Analyzability

复合词作为构建新词的重要手段之一，在认知语言学界备受关注。关于复合词的研究，近年来大部分学者都从合成原则出发，更多注重复合构建的完全构成性，即构词结果，而较少注意复合词的形成过程。然而，Langacker的认知语法摆脱了只研究语言结构，不研究语言意义的的传统方法藩篱，对英语复合词的语义构建过程具有较强阐释力。此论文基于Langacker的认知语法，从可分析性出发，对复合词的认知语义进行探究，认为用完全构成性阐释复合词的语义不完全合理，仍值得探究。

As the most important way of construing new words, compound words are closely followed with interest by many linguists. In recent years, most scholars have investigated the compound words on the basis of the Compositionality Principle. Those scholars focus much on the full compositionality, namely result of the word formation, rather than its construing process. However, the theory from Langacker＇ s cognitive grammar rids itself of considering the construction of language only and overcomes obstacles of the traditional methods, which has a stronger explicatory power in construction of compound words. This paper focuses on cognitive semantics of compound words from the perspective of analyzability Based on Langacker＇s cognitve granmmar, and needs to be investigated thoroughly.
