摘要
采用2 000W直接半导体激光器对3003铝合金进行了焊接试验。通过调节激光离焦量、焊接速度、激光功率等工艺参数进行试验研究。结果表明,离焦量对焊缝宽度及其外观起到决定性作用,在离焦量一定时,激光功率越大,焊接速度越快,当功率达到1 850 W时,焊透1mm厚度的3003铝合金的最大速度可以达到3.5m/min。
2 000 Wdirect diode laser has been used to weld 3003 aluminum alloy.The research started by adjusting the process parameters such as laser defocusing amount,welding speed and laser power.The results shows that defocusing amount plays a decisive role on weld width and appearance,when the defocusing amount is stable,the greater the laser power is,the faster the welding speed is,When power up to 1 850 W,penetration of 1mm thickness of the maximum speed of 3003 aluminum alloy can reach 3.5m/min.
