温度对血清荧光产生效率的影响

The Influence of Temperature on the Serum Fluorescence Efficiency

摘要 从实验的角度探讨了荧光产生效率与温度的依赖关系,实验中用不同波长激发光在不同温度下激发血清,研究了血清荧光强度随温度的变化规律。实验结果表明:当温度在28~33℃范围内变化时,激发的血清荧光强度随着温度的增加荧光强度减小。当温度在35~41℃范围内变化时,荧光强度随温度增加不再是线性减小,而是出现跳跃式变化。当用320~350nm激发光激发血清时,随着温度的增加荧光强度接近线性减小。当用其它波长的光激发血清时,荧光强度并不随温度线性地减小,研究为探测血清荧光光谱时样品的温度选择提供了实验依据。 From the Angle of the experiment,the paper discusses the dependence of fluorescence's efficiency and temperature,and with different excitation wavelength light stimulates the serum at different temperatures in the experiment,and serum fluorescence intensity variation law with temperature was studied.The experimental results show that:when the temperature changes in the range of 2 8~3 3 ℃,the serum fluorescence intensity with the increase of temperature fluorescence intensity decreases.When the temperature changes in the rang of 3 5~4 1 ℃,fluorescence intensity increase with the temperature is no longer a linear decrease,but a jump.When using 3 2 0nm to 3 5 0nm exciting light stimulates the serum,the increase of temperature fluorescence intensity is close to linear decrease. When using other wavelengths of light excitation,serum fluorescence intensity is not linearly decreases with temperature.This research for the detection of serum fluorescence spectrum when the temperature of the sample selection provides the experimental basis.
