电脑验光仪、IOL Master、Lenster LS900测量角膜曲率的对比分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的比较电脑验光仪、IOL Master、Lenstar LS900三种仪器测量角膜曲率的差异性,并为临床提供数据参考。方法利用三种不同测量仪器对86例(172眼)患者测量垂直与水平角膜曲率,每种仪器每眼分别测量三次,由专人负责测量,记录其平均值。结果电脑验光仪测得垂直曲率为(43.85±1.74)D、水平曲率为(43.08±1.39)D,IOL Master测得垂直曲率为(44.08±2.78)D、水平曲率为(42.92±1.43)D,Lenstar LS900测得垂直曲率为(43.91±1.69)D,水平曲率为(42.94±1.41)D。三者测出的结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过对同一人群不同仪器测量角膜曲率的结果进行分析显示,三种仪器测量出的角膜曲率数据均准确可靠,一致性较好,可以相互替代使用。 Objective To compare differences of corneal curvature measured by auto-refractometer,IOL master,and Lenstar LS900 in clinical application. Methods The vertical and horizontal corneal curvature in 86 cases( 172 eyes) were measured by three kinds of instruments,every eye was measured three times by one instrument,one person was responsible for one instrument,the average of three values was recorded. Results The vertical curvature measured by auto-refractometer,IOLmaster,and LenstarLS900 were( 43. 85 ± 1. 74) D,( 44. 08 ± 2. 78) D and( 43.91 ±1.69) D,respectively,the horizontal curvature were( 43. 08 ±1. 39) D,( 42. 92 ±1.43) D and( 42. 94 ± 1. 40) D,respectively. The differences was not statistical significant( all P〉0. 05). Conclusion By comparing clinical observation of different instruments in measuring corneal curvature,the three instruments are accurate,reliable and consistent in measuring corneal curvature,and they can be substituted by each other.
