摘要 蓝光可杀灭多种革兰阳性菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌、产气荚膜梭菌)和革兰阴性菌(鲍曼不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌)。蓝光在临床上广泛用来治疗新生儿黄疸和痤疮。近来人们发现,蓝光对过敏性皮炎和银屑病也有一定的治疗作用。该文综合近几年的国内外文献,介绍蓝光在基础及临床医学上的研究进展,旨在为临床医师和科研人员提供文献参考。 The blue light can successfully inactivate various Gram-positive bacteria( S. aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Enterococcus faecalis, and Clostridium perfringens) and Gram-negative bacteria( A. baumannii, P. aeruginosa,Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris, and Klebsiella pneumonia) and is widely used for the clinical treatment of neonatal jaundice and acne. Recently researchers found that the blue light is also effective for the treatment of atopic dermatitis and psoriasis vulgaris. This paper reviews the literature published in recent years from home and abroad, introduces research progresses of the blue light in basic medicine and clinical medicine, and provides references for clinicians and scientific researchers.
