ZywaveⅡ和OPD-scanⅡ对人眼高阶像差测量结果的比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较ZywaveⅡ和OPD-scanⅡ两像差仪测量正常眼和病眼所得高阶像差结果的差异。方法使用ZywaveⅡ和OPD-scanⅡ像差仪分别对232例正常眼和169例病眼进行像差检查,对检查结果6mm瞳孔下的高阶像差Zernike多项式系数及3~5阶高阶像差均方根值(RMS)进行统计,分别比较两仪器对正常眼和病眼人群高阶像差测量结果的差异,并探讨测量因素和年龄因素的交互作用对两仪器测量结果的影响。结果正常眼组ZywaveⅡ和OPD-scanⅡ测量结果比较,垂直彗差、次级散光、四叶草、五叶草、次级水平彗差、RMS3~5的差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。病眼组两仪器测量结果比较,垂直彗差、球差、四叶草、五叶草、次级垂直慧差、次级水平彗差、RMS3~5的差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。在测量因素和年龄因素的交互作用下,正常眼组两仪器测量结果中垂直三叶草、球差、次级散光、次级垂直三叶草、次级水平彗差、RMS4的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),病眼组两仪器测量结果中垂直三叶草、球差、次级垂直三叶草、次级水平彗差、RMS4的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 ZywaveⅡ和OPD-scanⅡ像差仪对正常眼和病眼的高阶像差测量结果都存在很大差异,两仪器测量结果不能互相替换。
