中国青年女性软组织侧貌特征研究

Study on soft tissue profile of features in Chinese young females

目的：探讨正常青年女性侧貌软组织特征，建立符合侧貌美的青年女性侧面角度均值及各角度之间关系。方法选择72例2010-2012级在校汉族女学生，采用FreeHandMX软件对青年女学生面侧貌外部软组织角度进行测量分析。结果鼻额角、鼻唇角及鼻尖角在NoESR与E、ES、ESR之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；上唇倾角、颏沟倾角、∠Z在NoESR与E、ES、ESR间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），颏沟倾角在E与ESR之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；∠Z在E与ES、ESR之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），面角在NoESR与E、ES、ESR之间无差异（P〉0.05）；面凸角、全面凸角在NoESR与ES、ESR之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；面凸角在NoESR与E之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），全面凸角在NoESR与E之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；应用不同标准筛选出符合ESR标准青年女性面侧貌角度均值。结论①符合ESR标准的青年女性面侧貌特征协调，且面凸角、全面凸角与∠Z存在正相关性；角度更符合审美，额与鼻唇颏的关系协调，都具有发缘点、软组织鼻尖点、软组织颏前点到耳屏中心距离相等的关系。②符合NoESR、E、ES标准的青年女性面侧貌特征以额、鼻、上唇、颏等位置变化多见。

Objective To study the facial profile of aesthetic features about soft tissue in the normal young fe-males,evaluation of the young females′soft tissue of angles in facial profile,establish the relationship of the facial profile angles.The aim of this study was to provide a reference basis for aesthetics and plastic surgery of field op-eration treatment.Methods Seventy-two females in Grade 2010-2012 were selected randomly.The facial profile of angles in normal young females was measured and analyzed in the FreeHand MX software.Results The fron-tonasal angle,nasolabial angle and nasal tip angle were no difference in NoESR and E,ES,ESR （P〉0.05）.Up-per lip inclination angle,mentolabial sulcus inclination angle and ∠Z were significant difference between NoESR and E,ES,ESR （P〈0.05）.Mentolabial sulcus inclination angle was significant difference between E and ESR （ P〈0.05）.∠Z was significant difference between E and ES,ESR （P〈0.05）.Facial angle was no difference in NoESR and E,ES,ESR （P 〉0.05）.Facial convexity angle and total facial convexity angle of soft tissue were significant difference between NoESR and E,ES,ESR （P〈0.05）.Facial convexity angle was significant differ-ence between NoESR and E （P〈0.05）,total facial convexity angle was no significant difference between NoESR and E （P〉0.05）.The mean values of soft tissue of angles in facial profile were obtained from the ESR sample u-sing FreeHand MX software.Conclusion Young women facial profile of soft tissue of angles with ESR standard was harmonious,and the positive correlation between facial convexity angle,full facial convexity angle and ∠Z;the relations of forehead,nose,lips and chin were in harmony.The distance between trichion,soft tissue of nasal tip point,soft tissue pogonion and the tragus center was to equal.On the other hand facial profile of soft tissue of angles with NoESR,E,ES,standard was no harmonious,the position was been varied in forehead,nose,upper lips and chin.
