摘要
基于海绵钛生产工艺过程中副产物氯化镁的综合利用问题,提出以钛冶炼过程中蒸馏工序段熔融氯化镁为原料,在通氧条件下,熔融态氯化镁直接热解,产物为高附加值的氧化镁和氯气.本文针对气相反应,设计主反应器文丘里管的形状与尺寸、盛装容器的形状与尺寸、电阻炉的选取及收集装置的选取与其尺寸.
In order to comprehensivly utilize the byproduct magnesium chloride in the titanium sponge production process, a method was proposed to directly oxidize the molten MgCl_2 into MgO of a high value and gas chlorine with oxygen. Several key problems were solved in the present paper, such as design of shape and size for the main reactor venturi tube, determination of shape and size for the container, selection of resistance furnace and development for the collection device.
