摘要
古来中国并不缺乏雕塑艺术,这从出土的西安秦代兵马俑可见一斑。隋唐时期,是中华艺术最灿烂辉煌的时代,它融和了外来文化与中国传统。这个时期雕塑作品多彩多姿,美轮美奂,人物造型顾长匀称,敦厚典雅,表现出健康喜乐的形貌。雕塑的美,就在于惊叹它的鬼斧神工以及由其成就的艺术价值。
Sculpture language is an integration of simplicity and abundance. Simplicity refers to the singleness of expression of media , that it to say, only a single material is used in a work; and abundance refers to the diversity of its shape,color, image,light and shade,etc.
