摘要
目的分析离焦诱导豚鼠近视眼的生物学参数变化特征。方法将28只2-3周龄豚鼠随机分为离焦组和对照组。两组右眼分别配戴-10D和0D的硬性角膜接触镜(RGP),左眼不戴镜。于戴镜前和戴镜后3d、7d、10d、14d、21d分别测量豚鼠眼球屈光度、玻璃体腔深度和眼轴长度。结果随戴镜时间延长,离焦组戴镜眼屈光度逐渐降低(向近视漂移),眼轴和玻璃体腔深度逐渐延长。与不戴镜眼和对照组的戴镜眼分别比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);戴镜3周后,离焦组戴镜眼玻璃体腔深度变化值与眼轴变化值之比(0.59±0.11)与不戴镜眼(0.48±0.09)及对照组的戴镜眼(0.47±0.08)分别比较,差异均有统计学意义(P=0.008;P=0.003);离焦组戴镜眼在戴镜后14d屈光度(1.34±0.18)和21d屈光度(1.29±0.21)相比,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 -10D透镜可以成功诱导豚鼠近视眼发生,诱导眼眼轴延长主要以玻璃体腔延长为主。在诱导后14d内屈光度进展较快,之后变慢。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the biological parameters of myopia in defocus-induced guinea pigs.METHODS Twenty-eight guinea pigs in 2-3 weeks old were randomly divided into defocus group and control group.Right eyes were worn with-10 D and 0D Rigid Gas Permeable contact lens(RGP) in each group, and the left eyes were not. The eye diopter, vitreous chamber depth and axial length of guinea pig were measured respectively after wearing glasses onthe 1st, 3rd, 7th,10 th,14th and 21 st day. RESULTS Diopter of wearing glasses eye was decreased gradually(to myopic shift) with the wearing time prolonged in defocus group, and eye axis and vitreous chamber depth were gradually extended. There was significant difference statistically(P〈0.05) between wearing glasses eye and non-wearing glasses eye in defocus group, and between wearing glasses eye in defocus group and control group.After 3 weeks, there was significant difference(P=0.008; P=0.003)in ratio of vitreous depth and axial variation ratio between wearing glasses eye(0.59±0.11)and non-wearing glasses eye in defocus group(0.48±0.09),and between wearing glasses eye in defocus group and in control group(0.47±0.08). And there was no significant difference(P〉0.05) in diopter of wearing glasses eye from defocus group(1.34±0.18) and(1.29±0.21). CONCLUSIONS Lens of-10 D guinea pig myopia. During this process, vitreous cavity extension was the main component in ocular axial extension. Diopter change was faster on the after induction and then became slowly.
