膜法海水淡化恒通量温度特性分析

Analysis on temperature characteristics of reverse osmosis sea water desalination system under condition of constant membrane flux

通过反渗透海水淡化中试试验分析恒定膜通量条件下,操作压力和脱盐率的温度特性。对比软件模拟数据和现场中试试验数据,验证了恒定通量条件下,操作压力随温度升高逐渐降低,脱盐率随温度升高逐渐降低。

Based on the reverse osmosis sea water desalination pilot scale test,the operation pressure temperature characteristics and the desalination rate temperature characteristics of the sea water desalination system under condition of constant membrane flux were analyzed. Comparing the software simulation data and the site pilot scale test data,it was verified that under condition of constant membrane flux,when the temperature is increasing,the operation pressure decreases gradually,and the desalination rate decreases gradually too.
