摘要
基层国防科技情报工作普遍存在一些共性的问题,如人才培养模式粗放、忙于应付临时任务、情报成果质量不高、情报评价与考核困难等。文章基于情报工作实际提出了一些对策建议,从情报人才的系统培养入手,提高情报研究与管理,促进基层情报工作的发展。
There are some problems with common characteristics exist in the basic-level defense STI service, including extensive talent training mode, struggling with temporary task, low quality of intelligence achievements as well as difficulties in intelligence evaluation and assessment. This paper puts forward some recommendations on the basis of the actual intelligence service, which in order to improve the intelligence research and management, and to promote the development of basic-level intelligence service from the systematic training of intelligence talent.
