摘要
电子服务已经成为图书馆主流的服务形式,但至今尚缺乏测评图书馆电子服务质量的量表。文章在进行充分文献调研和焦点小组访谈的基础上,没有人为指定测评维度,完全依靠因子分析,构建了一个包含交互质量、易用性、个性化/定制化、信息资源质量4个维度,20个测评项目的图书馆电子服务质量测评量表。数据分析结果表明,该量表具有较高的信度和效度,能够很好地计量用户感知的图书馆电子服务质量。
E-service has become the mainstream form of library service, but so far there is a lack of evaluation scale for library e-servqual. Based on fully literature survey and focus group interviews, this paper constructs a library e-servqual evaluation scale depend entirely on factor analysis with no one specified evaluation dimension. The scale contains 20 evaluation items and 4 dimensions, including interactive quality, usability, personalization/customization and quality of information resources. The results of data analysis show that the scale has high reliability and validity, which can well measure the library e-servqual of user perception.
