摘要 文章将使用者加入到通常的科技数字资源网络平台中,赋予相应的管理权限,并将"以企业或科研机构为提供者的专业开放网络平台"(平台1)与"以公众为提供者的非专业开放网络平台"(平台2)进行有效集成,在理论上提出了基于开放度的可控自管理数字资源集成平台构架以弥补两种开放网络平台各自的缺陷。为使自管理活动能良性运转,提出了针对整个自管理活动的3种控制形式:主动参与的直接控制(自管理活动中管理权的确定)、主动参与的间接引导式控制(平台1主动参与平台2的自管理活动)、被动参与的直接控制(不合格自管理活动标准的确定)。 In order to use scientific digital resources more efficiently and effectively, this paper integrates the users of scientific digital resources into its Web platform, which can provide them corresponding management authority. The paper also effectively integrates "professional open Web platform mainly based on the providers of enterprise or research institution" (platform 1 ) with "nonprofessional open Web platform based on the providers of public" ( platform 2). On the basis of theory, the paper puts forward the framework of the controllable self-management integrated scientific digital resources platform based on openness level, which can solve the drawbacks of these two types of open Web platform respectively. The paper provides 3 categories of control form in order to run the self-management activities smoothly: direct control based on initiative participation ( the decision of management authority in self-management activities), indirect instructed control based on initiative participation (platform 1 initiatively participates in the self-management activities of platform 2), and direct control based on passive participation ( the decision of unqualified standards of self-management activities).
