基于链接分析法的中美智库网站比较研究

Comparative Study of Sino-US Think Tank Website Based on Link Analysis Method

美国宾夕法尼亚大学智库与公民社会项目组每年年初发布的全球智库报告是国际公认的智库排名权威文献,运用链接分析法,文章对该项目组2012年发布的全球智库报告中提到的中国和美国智库的网站进行对比研究,发现多项指标都有明显差异。研究表明,与美国智库网站相比,中国智库网站在信息资源组织的科学性、对研究成果宣传的重视程度、吸引外部链接的能力、网站的规模、网站的影响力等方面都还有很大的提升空间。

The ＂GLOBAL GO TO THINK TANKS REPORT＂, which is released by TI＇CSP at the beginning of each year, is the internationally recognized think tank ranking literature. On the basis of link analysis method, this paper carries on the compara- tive study of the Websites of Chinese and American think tank in ＂2012 GLOBAL GO TO THINK TANKS REPORT＂, and finds obvious differences in many indicators. The study indicates that compared with American think tank Website, Chinese think tank Website still have much room for improvement, such as the scientificalness of information resources organization, emphasis on the propaganda of research results, the ability to attract external links, and the size and influence of Website.
