哈密瓜不同穴盘育苗效果的比较

摘要 为了探索2种育苗方式在哈密瓜育苗及生产上的应用效果,以‘西州密25号’为试材,采用32穴(A)、50穴(B)、72穴(C)的PVC穴盘育苗方式和136穴(D)、200穴(E)的聚苯乙烯泡沫穴盘漂浮育苗方式,对植株各个生长期的形态指标进行测定。结果表明,漂浮育苗在苗期生长势、缓苗时间、移栽成活率和开花期各项指标中均比PVC穴盘育苗存在明显优势,而同一育苗方式的不同穴盘密度之间差异不明显,总体表现优势为136穴(D)>200穴(E)>50穴(B)>32穴(A)>72穴(C),这些差异主要表现在前期和中期,对后期的产量和可溶性固形物含量影响较小。因此,泡沫穴盘漂浮育苗优于塑料穴盘育苗。 The seedling of‘Xizhoumi 25’Hamin melon were produced in PVC plastic trays with 32(A),50(B),72(C) cells and polystyrene foam floating trays with 136(D),and 200(E)cells to evaluate the effect of seedling production on Hami melon production. The results showed that polystyrene foam trays were better than the PVC plastic trays in seedling growth, establishment time,survival rate and flowering period after transplant. However,the effects of different density within the tray type were not obvious. The overall performance was(D)〉(E)〉(B)〉32(A)〉72(C). These differences were mainly seen in early and mid growing period,there were essentially no effects on yield and sugar content of the fruit. Overall the polystyrene foam trays were better than PVC plastic trays.
