摘要
用甲苯和喹啉试剂对中间相沥青进行分割提取,分割成甲苯不溶物(TI)、喹啉可溶物(QS)及甲苯不溶喹啉可溶物(TI-QS)等部分。以中间相沥青(MP)及不同族组成为基体前驱体,T800碳布为增强体,通过热模压成型,经过炭化、石墨化制备出二维碳/碳(C/C)复合材料。用偏光显微镜和扫描电镜对样品的形貌和微观结构进行了表征,测试了样品的电阻率和抗弯强度。结果表明:以TI-QS为基体制备的C/C复合材料性能最佳,密度达到1.42g·cm-3,抗弯强度为99.09MPa,电阻率为1.01×10-5Ω·m。
The group compositions of mesophase pitch were divided into toluene insoluble (TI), quinoline soluble (QS) and toluene-insoluble quinoline soluble (TI-QS) by toluene and quinoline. Taking mesophase pitch as the matrix precursor and T800 carbon cloth as the reinforcing materials, the 2D-C/C composites were fabricated by using low temperature-heat molding with a series of carbonation and graphitization process. The morphology and microstructure of samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope and polarized-light microscope, and the flexural strength and electrical resistivity of the 2D-C/C composites based different group compositions of mesophase pitch were tested. The results show that; the physical properties of composites using TI-QS as the matrix were the best,with the density up to 1.42 g ·cm^-3 , the flexural strength up to 99. 09 MPa and the electrical resistivity low to 1. 01×10^-5Ω·m.
