摘要 以正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)为前驱体,氨水为催化剂,经Stber法制备了单分散SiO2纳米微球,并采用硅烷偶联剂KH-570对其表面进行了改性;通过激光粒度分析仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱、透射电子显微镜对SiO2纳米微球进行了检测分析。结果表明,随着TEOS和氨水用量的增加,SiO2纳米微球的粒径逐渐增大,而粒径分布到后期也有所增加;经KH-570改性后,SiO2纳米微球不仅具有良好的单分散性,而且表面成功接枝上丙烯酸酯基团,因而具有较好的亲油性,能更好地分散在甲苯和苯乙烯中。 Monodispersed silica nanospheres were prepared using tetraethylorthosilicate as precursor and am monia as catalyst via Stober method. The surface of the synthesized silica nanospheres were treated with a silane coupling agent (i. e. KH-570). The prepared silica nanospheres were investigated by laser particle size analyzer, FT-IR spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy. The results show that with the increasing amount of tetraethylorthosilicate and ammonia, silica nanospheres size also gradually increases. Due to the grafted acrylate group on surface, the modified silica nanospheres not only exhibit enhanced monodispersity, but also show good hydrophobicity, thus can be well dispersed in toluene and styrene.
