摘要
社会呼唤一部描写现当代世界各地华语词汇全貌、满足各华语社区读者需要的全球性华语工具书——"大华语词典"。编纂一部这样的词典目前不仅是必要的,而且是可行的。该词典应当具有描写性、共时性、实用性的特色,它除具有解疑备查功能外,还应具有文化功能和语用功能等。最后,并对该词典的编写工作、运作方式等提出一些设想和建议。
Society Calls for a world reflecting global Mandarin Chinese picture books-＂Great Chinese Dictionary.＂Currently, the compilation of such a dictionary is not only necessary, but also feasible. The dictionary should have descriptive, synchronic characteristics, practical. In addition it has interpreted function, but also has a cultural function. Finally, and put forward some suggestions for the preparation of dictionaries.
