Higher Vocational Education under Transformation——Taking Improvement of the Talents Training System as An Example

高等职业教育是职业教育的重要组成部分,培养职业技能人才是高等职业教育根本的职责。以国务院对职业教育的发展思路为契机,针对性地提出建设高等职业教育对实用型、技能型人才培养的重要性,并从营造"不唯学历凭能力"的社会氛围、提升人才培养质量两个层面,提出更快、更好地建设高等职业教育的措施。

Higher vocational education is an important part of the vocational education, and cultivating talents with vocational skills is the fundamental duty of higher vocational education. Taking the developing ideas of vocational education under the State Council as an opportunity, the importance of the construction of higher vocational education to the training of practical, skilled talents is accordingly put forward. Moreover, the measures of constructing higher vocational education faster and better are put forward from the two aspects of creating social atmosphere of ＂by ability and not by academic qualifications＂ and improving talents training quality.
