Research on the Influence of Professional Norms on Man's Socialization in Modern Vocational Education System

现代职业教育体系是适应社会经济发展,满足人民群众的多样化教育需求,普通教育、职业教育、继续教育相互衔接的现代职业教育系统。职业规范是人类职业活动必需遵循的标准和准则,是与人的劳动、职业行为有关的行为规范。职业规范在人的社会化进程中,对其意识、生活技能、行为、生活目标、社会角色等有着深刻的影响,并协调人们相互间、人与社会间的关系和人的社会行为,以此来维护社会的正常运转和稳定。

Modem vocational education system is a modern vocational education type which adapts to social and economic development, satisfies the demands of people＇s diversified education, and joins ordinary education, vocational education and continuing education together. Professional norms are the standards and guidelines which should be followed when people engage in professional activities, and they are behavior criterion relating to people＇ s labor and professional behaviors. Professional norms have influence on people＇s consciousness, life skills, behavior, life goals and social roles during man＇ s socialization. They coordinate the relationship between man and man, man and society and people＇s social behaviors, in order to maintain society functioning smoothly and social stability.
