摘要 澳大利亚TAFE体系是在国家框架体系下,以产业为推动力的多层次综合性职业教育培训体系。以会计专业为例,分析TAFE课程设置的特色和经验:实现行业引领、客户导向和全国通用;以能力为核心,模块化课程设置,利用组合规则实现"能力标准+资格证书=课程"。我国应形成行业企业为主导的职业教育格局,构建能力标准,规范课程体系,以使职业教育课程更具先进性和发展潜力。 Australian TAFE system, which is under the Australian national framework, is a multi-level, comprehensive vocational education training system with the industry as the driving force. Taking accounting specialty as an example, the characteristics and experience of TAFE curriculum setting are analyzed as the following: realizing industry leading, clients orienting and nationwide use; taking competency as the core, modular curriculum setting, and realization of "competency criteria + certificate = course" through combination rules. China should form the vocational education pattern of industry and enterprises as leading roles, and construct competency criteria as well as standardize curriculum system, in order to make the vocational education curriculum in China more advanced and having more developing potential.
