基于通识教育理念下的高职人才培养模式探讨——以高职院校高分子材料应用技术专业为例

Exploration of Higher Vocational Talents Training Mode Based on the Concept of General Education——Taking Polymer Material Applied Technology Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges as an Example

通识教育是面向所有人的全面发展教育,实质是培养全面发展的人。以高职院校高分子材料应用技术专业为例,提出高职院校要在通识教育理念下依照高职人才培养目标、高职人才培养规格,探索高职人才培养路径,构建高职人才培养的课程模式,以适应经济社会和行业企业的发展对高素质劳动者和技术技能人才的需求。

General education is the education for all people＇s all-round development with the essence of cultivating fully developed people. Taking the specialty of Polymer Material Applied Technology in higher vocational colleges as an example, the paper puts forward that the training path of higher vocational talents should be explored and curriculum model of training should be constructed according to training target and training specifications under the concept of general education, in order to meet the requirement of high-quality workers and skilled talents demanded by the development of economic society and industries and enterprises.
