高职院校教师科研素质现状的比较分析——以湖南省为例

Comparative Analysis of the Present Situation of Teachers' Scientific Research Quality in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Hunan Province as an Example

在阐述高职教师科研素质的概念和影响因素基础上,对湖南省各高职院校教师的科研素质现状进行比较分析,针对湖南省高职院校教师科研素质整体不高的现状,从外在科研环境的营造和内在科研素质的培育提高两方面提出提升湖南高职院校教师科研素质的对策建议。

On the basis of expounding the concepts and influencing factors of scientific research qualities for higher vocational teachers, the paper analyzes comparatively the present situation of teachers＇ scientific research quality of higher vocational colleges in Hunan. According to the situation that the teachers＇ scientific research qualities are not high as a whole, some countermeasures from creating external research environment and nurturing inherent scientific research quality are put forward to improve teachers ＇ scientific research quality of higher vocational colleges in Hunan.
