日本首都圈建设对我国京津冀协同发展的启示

The Enlightenments of Japan's Capital Circle Construction to China's Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development

日本首都圈是世界上建设最为成功的多核心都市圈之一,其几十年来规划建设的成功经验值得各国在首都圈、都市圈或城市群建设时参考借鉴。借鉴日本首都圈建设的成功经验,积极推动京津冀协同发展具有重要的现实意义。文章总结了日本首都圈建设的经验,指出了京津冀合作面临的困难,并提出借鉴日本首都圈建设的经验来推进我国京津冀区域协同发展。

Japan＇s Capital Circle is one of the world＇s most successful multi - core metropolitan areas, whose successful experience in the past decades on the planning and construction is worth for the reference for the construction of the capital circle, metropolitan areas, or urban agglomerations. It is of great significance of learning from the successful experience of Japan＇s Capital Circle construction to promote Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development. This paper summarizes the experiences of Japan＇s Capital Circle construction, points out the difficulties faced by the cooperation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and proposes to promote Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development by learning from the successful experiences of Japan＇s Capital Circle construction.
