摘要
以教师职前教育专业化为标尺,通过问卷调查对河北省基础教育体育教师职前教育专业化的现状、问题进行了调查研究。研究发现,绝大多数学生从教意识淡薄且产生较晚;对于体育教师工作的专业性质、职前教育中的相关课程、知识、能力与成为体育教师的关系在观念上存在认识偏差和错误;学生的体育教师本体性知识基础比较薄弱;术科课教学目标单一,没有融入体育教学法知识;教育实习模式不利于学生体育教师实践性知识的建构和从教能力的形成;影响学生从教能力的最严重问题出现在体育教师实践性知识领域。
Taking pre-service teacher education specialization as the scale, this thesis investigated the current situation and problems of the specialization of pre-service education for Hebei basic education PE teachers through questionnaires. The study found that the awareness of being a teacher of vast majority of students generated too late. There' s a deviation and error on their understanding of the professional nature and the relationship among the relevant courses, knowledge, abilities and being a PE teacher. The foundation of Students' subject - involved knowledge of being PE teachers was weak; teaching objective of technical subjects was single and didn' t integrate into the sport pedagogical knowledge. To students, this was not conducive to the construction of practical knowledge of sports and the formation of their teaching ability. The most serious problem affecting the ability to teach of teachers appeared in the field of practical knowledge of PE teachers.
