摘要
在地质勘探行业竞争日益激烈的环境下,人力资源管理对企业提升核心竞争力有至关重要的作用。而传统的人力资源管理模式不能满足当前行业内市场需求,企业采取人力资源管理外包的模式将有效改变这一现状。基于这一背景,针对地质勘探行业业内人力资源管理从外部环境、业内特色、外包效用三个方面展开研究。
In geological prospecting industry increasingly competitive environment,human resource management of enterprise core competitiveness have a vital role.And traditional human resource management mode can’t meet the demand of the current industry market, human resource management outsourcing companies to adopt the pattern will effectively change the status quo.Based on this background, this article is in view of the geological prospecting industry industry human resources management outsourcing from the external environment,industry characteristics,the utility of the research in three aspects.
