高校青年志愿者大军的蓬勃发展一方面成为了推动社会文明进步的标志,另一方面也对高校志愿者的管理提出了更高的要求,因此,必须改进目前高校志愿者管理存在的管理薄弱、管理流程缺失等问题,才能帮助高校更好地改进青年志愿者管理,更好地发挥高校育人、服务社会的功能。

The vigorous development of the youth volunteers in colleges and universities become the symbol of social civilization progress on one hand,on the other hand is also put forward higher requirements for the management of the college volunteers,therefore,must improve management existing in current university volunteer management is weak,lack of the management process,to help colleges and universities to better improve the management of young volunteers,to better develop the function of college education,serve the society.
