Analysis of a Model for Constructing Smart Nanjing City based on City Characteristic Demands

智慧城市建设的顶层设计和实现途径仍处在雏形阶段,还没有形成成熟的、系统的智慧城市建设模式的理论和方案。建设模式的选择和构建基于城市特征需求分析。采用城市特征分析模型,通过比较分析确定智慧城市建设需求,在此基础上探讨南京市特色的智慧城市建设模式。

In the initial stage, the approaches to designing and implementing the top-level of smart cities are not ripe and sys- temic. The model in which such top-levels can be built should be chosen based on city characteristics and demands. Using the city characteristics analysis model, this paper compares and analyses the construction demands of smart cities. On this basis, this paper discusses the model for constructing a smart city with Nanjing characteristics.
