摘要
人类胚胎干细胞研究是当今生命科学领域最受瞩目的研究之一,因其应用能给人类多种疑难病症带来治愈的希望,但同时胚胎干细胞研究又受到伦理和道德的冲击。文章探讨了胚胎干细胞研究涉及的伦理争议,阐述了国外胚胎干细胞研究法律监管制度,重点论述我国胚胎干细胞研究法律监管制度的构建。
Human embryonic stem cell research is one of the most high-profile researches in the field of life science, because its applications can bring hope for a variety of difficult diseases. But at the same time embryonic stem cell research is under the influence of ethical and moral. The article discusses the ethical issues involved in the embryonic stem cell research, expounds the legal regulation of foreign embryonic stem cell research, and dis-cusses the construction of legal supervisions system of embryonic stem cell research in China.
