摘要
改革开放以来,我国对于食品安全的监管已渐渐跟不上经济发展的步伐,一些食品安全问题经常见诸报端,这些食品安全事件引发了一定程度的经济和社会危机,因此,在现阶段,我们必须在研究食品安全监管现状的基础上找出食品安全监管失范的原因,并发现针对性的完善食品安全监管的措施,这也是社会各界对监管部门提出的迫切要求。
Since China’s reform and opening up, the food safety regulation in China has gradually failed to keep up with the pace of economic development, and some food safety problems are often reported in the media, which triggered a certain degree of economic and social crisis. So, at the present stage, we must insist on studying the present situation of food safety supervision, then find the reasons of China’s food safety regulation anomie, and raise some specific improvement measures, which are also urgent requirements from all walks of life.
