Three Paths for Approaching Classroom Talent Cultivation Through the Examples of Tourism Colleges——Taking Tourism College as an Example

大学生的综合能力在某种程度代表着一个社会潜在的发展能力。大学生的综合能力可被划分为人际关系处理能力、解决事情的动手能力以及个人内在心理素质能力。这三部分相辅相成,缺一不可。高校作为培养大学生综合能力的摇篮,纷纷开展了一系列活动,在这些活动中,传统的第一课堂、校内的第二课堂,以及校外的第三课堂这三种授课形式受到广大师生的认同,它们在全面培养大学生能力方面效果显著。

The comprehensive abilities of college undergraduates stand for the potential development ability of the society. Those interdependent and indispensible abilities fall into three categories：interpersonal ability, DIY a-bility and the internal psychological quality. Colleges, as the cradles for the comprehensive development of students, have carried out a series of activities centering on three types of classrooms：the traditional ones, the in-tramural ones and the ones outside college. Such activities have been recognized as effective measures for the culti-vation of comprehensive abilities.
