在构建社会主义和谐社会和新农村建设过程中,当代大学生村官作为基层组织的重要力量融入基层,为新农村建设作出了重要贡献。但在实际的基层工作中出现了一些新情况和新问题,部分大学生村官思想不坚定,很难扎根基层工作,不能全心全意为人民服务,面对挑战需要发挥思想政治教育的作用,采取必要的对策,使当代大学生村官坚定扎根基层的信心,树立为人民服务的责任感。

Ideological and political work is the lifeline of all the work of the Party. Contemporary college student village officer, as an important power of grass-roots new countryside, plays an important role in the process of building a harmonious socialist society and new countryside. But there are some new situations and new problems in the primary level, such as when facing the challenges some village officers haven’t conviction idea, cannot work hard to serve the public heart and soul. So we need to take active measures to enhance their faith and set up the sense of responsibility to help people.
