师范院校体育专业师资现状及发展对策

Research on the Present Situation of P.E.Faculty in Normal University and Its Development Strategies

对某师范院校体育专业的教师人数、年龄、职称等师资现状进行调查,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法分析师资现存问题,并提出加强队伍建设的可行性建议,实现师范院校体育师资队伍可持续发展。

This article makes a survey on the present situation of P.E. faculty in terms of numbers, ages and professional titles, etc. in a normal university. It analyzes the existing problems of P. E. faculty by using the methods of documentation, question- naire survey and mathematical statistics. This article also puts forward some feasible suggestions on faculty development in order to realize the sustainable development for P.E. faculty in normal universities.
