摘要
环磷酰胺(CTX)是临床上常用的细胞毒药物之一,从上世纪60年代开始便广泛地运用于各种免疫性疾病,器官、组织移植的抗排斥反应以及肿瘤的治疗。其在肾脏疾病的治疗中亦得到了广泛的应用,可用于多种病理类型的肾脏疾病的治疗,并取得了一定的疗效,但在运用过程中应注意其使用的合理性及疗效和副作用的评估。
Cyclophosphamide is one of the most common cytotoxic drugs that has been used in therapies of many kinds of autoimmune diseases, anti-rejection after transplantation, and tumors since 1960s. Cyclophosphamide has also been applied in treatment of various pathological types of kidney diseases with substantial effects. In the process of its application, attention should be paid to its rationality as well as evaluation of its efficacy and side effects.
