天津市科技小巨人企业近几年来发展迅猛,成为自主创新的生力军。论文首先总结了科技小巨人企业的特性,即科技性强、发展潜力大、成长性高。然后分析了天津市科技小巨人企业发展的发展状况,即发展速度迅猛、对经济发展的贡献越来越大、研发能力不断增强、企业国际化步伐加快等。接着对科技小巨人企业的内外部环境进行SWOT分析,剖析发展中的宏观经济环境、政策支持、科技创新等机遇和优势以及面临的资金、核心技术和产品、及创新人才等困难。最后从资金支持、创新驱动、高端人才及"杀手锏"产品等方面提出天津市科技小巨人企业发展的发展建议。

In Recent Years, Little Giant of Technology Enterprises have developed vigorously and become the main force of independent innovation. This paper firstly summarizes characteristics of Little Giant Enterprises, that is strong technology, great potential for development and high growth and market share. Secondly, the paper points out development status of Little Giant of Technology Enterprises in Tianjin, containing rapid development speed, great contribution to economy, increasing R＆D ability and the rising pace of internationalization. Then it analyzes the opportunity and advantages, such as the macro-economic environment, policy support and technological innovation, and problems of capital, core technologies and products, innovative talents from the internal and external environment. At last, it puts forward development suggestions from the aspects of financial support, technological innovation driven, innovative talent and the winning products.
