Thinking for Experimental Teaching in Dimensional Tolerance of “Interchangeability and Measurement Technology”

《互换性与测量技术》作为专业基础课,实验教学环节至关重要。结合陕西国防工业职业技术学院实践教学实际情况,分析传统实验教学中存在的问题,并以本课程尺寸公差部分孔、轴的测量实验为例,提出改革方案以及对实验教学过程的几点思考。实践证明,对学生巩固理论知识和提高工程实践能力效果明显。

＂Interchangeability and Measurement Technology＂ has been a professional basic course, the link of experimental teaching has great importance. Combined with the actual situation of teaching practice, the problems have analysed simply, which have existed in traditional experimental teaching, and the reform plans and several thinking of the experiment teaching process have been put forward, with taking hole or shaft measuring experiment of dimensional tolerance in this course for example. Practice has proved, there is obvious effect to consolidating the theoretical knowledge and improving the ability of engineering practice for students.
